SME Project Manager - Richland/Hanford, WA

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Thirty (30) or more years of demonstrated experience in management, project management, strategic planning and contract management in roles with increasing responsibility and depth and breadth of scope.
  • B.S. degree in an Engineering, Technology or Scientific discipline.
  • 25 years of experience in program management, project management, construction management, or engineering management.
  • 10 years of the experience shall be as a Program Manager or Director managing multi-discipline technical organizations or work scopes.
  • Experience managing a multi-faceted service delivery organization responsible for at least $75M in annual work scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Business or Engineering
  • Experience at the Hanford Site, DOE experience a plus
  • Certified Project Manager (i.e., PMP)
  • Previous executive management experience working at the Department of Energy’s Hanford Site in the support services functions limit.
  • This position is on a U.S. federal facility site. The desired candidate must be able to meet requirements for working on a federal facility site without being escorted and without sponsorship.

Senior Project Controls Specialist - Richland/Hanford, WA

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Minimum twenty (20) years' experience working project controls, financial, accounting, or pricing - practices and standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced skills in both cost and schedule management.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience with the software programs/tools: Handi, Crystal, Asset Suite, P6, PMRS, AAS, DST and Cobra.
  • U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hanford Site/ DOE experience a plus

Nuclear Operations Specialist - Richland/Hanford, WA

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in Chemical Engineering
  • DOE experience is preferred
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.

Cost Estimator - Richland/Hanford, WA

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of proven experience as an estimator or similar position
  • BSc/BA in engineering, construction science or relevant discipline
  • Familiarity with financial and project management principles
  • In depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
  • Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset
  • Proficient in relevant software
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Thoroughness and reliability
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) is not required, but a plus
  • Hanford site experience if not required, but preferred.

Construction Project Manager for Nuclear Project - Los Alamos, NM

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree of a related field and 15 years of project managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Typical experience ranges from 15-20 years.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience with nuclear facility construction Project Support and previous experience with Contract Handled Transuranic (CH-TRU) Waste.
  • Strong knowledge of radiological controls.
  • General knowledge of DOE readiness review order
  • Knowledge of and experience with DOE nuclear safety including technical safety requirements, processes and reporting requirements.
  • Attention to detail
  • Expert PC skills including Microsoft software

Entry-Level Safety Representative - Oak Ridge, TN

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Education may substitute for experience – 3 months for a related associates degree or 6-months for a related BS degree;
  • BS in Safety, Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering or other related degree required, or demonstrated equivalent combination or education and experience
  • One year of applicable field experience as a safety representative in a formally structured safety and health program.

Other Information:

  • Must have the ability to maintain and obtain a U.S. Security L or Q clearance.
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Completion of 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Training.
  • Able to participate in physically demanding work while wearing personal protected equipment including respiratory protection.
  • Able to be medically qualified to wear a respirator.Able to life 40 lbs. and climb ladders.
